The Integrity of the Quixtar Line of Sponsorship |
The "Line of Sponsorship" (LOS) is fundamental to the achievement of every Quixtar Independent Business Owner (IBO). The LOS includes an IBO's sponsor, the sponsor's sponsor, and so forth. Essentially, the LOS is the linkage or lineage between all IBOs, somewhat like a family tree.
The Quixtar Rules of Conduct protect the LOS for the benefit of every IBO, ensuring all IBOs can build their businesses free of the fear that the investment they make in others will be taken away by other Quixtar IBOs. For example, IBOs are prohibited from soliciting another IBO's downline for opportunities that would divert their attention from their Quixtar businesses. IBOs may not engage in competing businesses while they remain IBOs but also for six months after they leave the Quixtar business. To further protect each IBO's efforts and investment, former IBOs are prohibited from approaching other IBOs about competing businesses for two years after they leave the Quixtar business.
Some competitors (including some affiliated with former Quixtar IBOs) have tried to take over existing Quixtar organizations instead of building their own. The only way they can succeed is by misusing confidential information about the Quixtar LOS. Competitors who use this approach are not practicing "free enterprise"; they are just seeking a quick and easy profit from the hard work of Quixtar IBOs who have invested time and effort into building their business. Should an IBO's business become the target of poaching by other opportunities trying to jump-start their businesses off the efforts and experience of Quixtar IBOs, IBOs should immediately report these activities to Quixtar Sales.
