Quixtar Rules of Conduct |
| Quixtar Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are independent entrepreneurs, not employees of the company. They have a great deal of latitude in operating their businesses as they choose. However, each IBO has a contract with Quixtar, which includes the company's Rules of Conduct. IBOs must abide by these rules in addition, of course, to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Quixtar investigates and takes swift and decisive action when it learns of IBO conduct contrary to these rules.
