Earnings Representations and the Quixtar Business Opportunity |
Quixtar's business rules govern what Independent Business Owners (IBOs) may say to prospective IBOs about the income they may earn in a Quixtar business. These rules are part of the company's contract with IBOs, and they are rigorously enforced.
Before registering with Quixtar, prospective IBOs receive disclosure information through the Quixtar Independent Business Owner Compensation Plan that clearly describes average earnings. As part of the registration process, individuals also must acknowledge that they have received, read, and understood the disclosure information, including the average earnings achieved by Quixtar IBOs. If Quixtar receives information or a complaint about an alleged income misrepresentation, it investigates and takes immediate action.
