 Quixtar Independent Business Owners (IBOs) own their own Quixtar businesses and are truly independent of the Corporation. They are not employees and are free to operate their Quixtar businesses as they choose, within the Rules of Conduct that are part of the contract they sign upon becoming Quixtar IBOs.
